Next few projects coming into view....

Rightio. I have some projects all coming at me at once! My new SG neck will arrive soon, and when it is fitted i will post pictures, as well as the electronics pictures. My next project after the finished SG, is going to be a Left Handed Ash F hole Telecaster with vintage maple neck for my Uncle as a gift to remember my recently deceased father. Rest in peace Dad. If you hadn't already guessed it, he is left handed, so will be a challenge as it is the other way round to usual. This time the body is completely unfinished, not sealed or varnished at all. I should be receiving the parts soon :-). I have only ordered the Body, neck and p'up's so far, as i have not got enough money at the mo! Also I am helping my friend in building an ash strat, and then maybe on to helping him with a pacifica type guitar. Lots of work ahead, I cannot wait :-). When i get the parts for my Uncle's tele, i will post pictures and photograph each stage, as I would like to show him the building progress, and then i can post the pics on here too :-).

I will list the method of how i am going to do my Uncles Tele soon too.

Update after ages!

Rightio, I have pretty much finished the Woody Style guitar, like i said in the last post, i buggered up the neck a fair bit, but it will do for now, but when i have the money, i am going to replace it with another bolt neck. I probably would leave it, but the fret wire has big chunks out of them, which the strings keep getting caught in :-(. I will also put a decal on the headstock of my new neck. Anyhoo here is a picture of the pretty much finished axe. I used GFS FAT PAFS in the end, in both the bridge in the neck. I used the invader in my epi les :-p. Sounds good though. I will post pics of the electrics at some point, and pics of the axe when i have the new neck.



Now we await for the next project :-).
